Week 4 Goals

This week, I have an overnight visit to one of my island schools. I will try to make healthy food choices while I am away from home.
1. More exercise
Walking after work on Friday was really nice. But my Achilles has been bothering me more since things got icy, so I might reduce the walking until we get a better snow cover back over the ice. On days I don't walk, I'll do a video or calisthenics.
2. More fruits and veg
I will make a yummy salad at least one day this week. I've been falling behind on the fruits and veg
3. Utilizing Spark
I will stop by the team thread at least 4 times this week.
4. Eating regular meals
This has gotten a little rough. I'm going to try to consciously check my hunger before eating this week.
