So I've decided to try cooking new healthy foods that are within my food plan. Tonight I tried a recipe I saw on Facebook and also found on the Martha Stewart website, (because of course I couldn't find it on FB when I was ready to try it.) So easy and tasty! Slice a head of cabbage into one inch cookies. Lay flat on cookie sheet, brush with olive oil, a little sea salt, cracked pepper and fennel seed. Bake 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or so. Definitely a do-over. I love to cook, but I have to find new fun foods to try that are healthy. More to come!
