Rest Day 2014 - p 28/365

Today was a rest day. My legs and body were tired. Won't make my 7500 step today, but I am listening to my body and will hit the streets tomorrow. Did get rid of another 2 pounds! This is the lowest I have weight since 2000! That's 14 years! Wow.

Did great yesterday - here's the results:

1. 7500 steps a day emoticon 8540!!!!!!

2. 2000 steps before noon emoticon

3. Follow DASH diet emoticon

4. Quilt hour a day emoticon

5. Eat a freggie with every meal/snack emoticon
