Last night it started again!!!
Snow that is. and the temp dropped down into the below zero category. I dont understand this.
Nature I guess.
I cant wait to hear drip drip drip of the icicles thawing out on my house and be blinded by the sun when I open my front door.
Hopefully this will begin tomorrow. Tonight is supposed to be another cold one but then its supposed to warm up and we might even see 50!!!
Amazing to look at the 5 day forecast and see -4 one day and 45 two days later!!
I will be glad to go walking, even if I have to do it inside at walmart, lol.
I wanted to get out today and get some things done maybe go pick up some last minute stuff for my neices babyshower on Saturday.
But I am going to wait this single digit day out and hopefully tomorrow will be better.
Just get me thru this winter. Get me thru this depressive state I have been in, let me get some exercise and sunshine in my life. and let me see some sun, let me get my vitamin d back up to a normal range and let me walk.

Is this too much to ask???
I go back to the doctor in 2 weeks, no loss so far, but I am not fretting over it. I just want to be able to get back on track and I really am trying to stay at a lower calorie range, bread has been my biggest obstacle thru these cold days. I tend to go for warmer foods like toast and biscuits.
I hate bread and oh how I love it too!!!
I havent loved these first 29 days in this new year too much so far.

OH Walmart walks - aren't they fun! I have to do one myself Sunday. Food shop too at the same time of course. Yea this weather this winter is being a PIA to say the least. Too much ice, not enough snow up here in Maine. We will gladly take all the snow ya'll down in the southern states don't want. :) Hey, you are NOT the only one with the love of bread, I've been baking loaves of home grown sour dough bread and have tried so very hard not to touch it. The home made biscuits I made last week were too good to resist :( Had to indulge. But I put all on my food chart and kept within the allowed calories for the day so I guess that worked out. See we can have bread, but we have to just be careful how much. Enjoy life my dear friend, YOLO right? But we can live and lose our weight with a smile on our face and a slice of yummy bread from time to time.
Stay warm and keep that beautiful smile on your face! emoticon
