Yesterday was not a banner day. It seems every week or so I tend to go off the wagon. I was still tired for going on a long walk. Feeling better today. Had a good breakfast. Ready to start the day anew.

3. Follow DASH diet emoticon

4. Quilt hour a day emoticon

5. Eat a freggie with every meal/snack emoticon
