Saturday:Well Thursday I weighed myself and was 203 yaaay..butt Wednesday I did t25 but not Thursday or Friday due to it being the girls birthday..I was going to make up those two days on Saturday and Sunday and start week 5 on Monday..But Ronnie is an butthole and wants to restart T25 week 4 all over again on Monday..I have been eating really crappy since Thursday..I mean real crappy..Monday,Wednesday,Frida
y are now going to be my fast days this week..I am going to lose weight and am not going to do this to myself again.I am tired of being fat and feeling the way I
do..No more cheat days.Exercise and exercise HARD..Go to the gym when the kids are at school and do T25 at night when ronnie gets home..This year I am going to do something I didn't dedicate myself to only 4 weeks.Right now I am sitting at 1:53 in the morning with heartburn that I havn't had for 4 weeks but once I start eating crappy and not exercising this happens..I got my healthy groceries and stuff for my smoothies.I can't wait to see what the scale says this Thursday...grrrr...ughhhh

Sunday...superbowl..I hate the superbowl.I am more of a college type girl plus this year my team won..FSU wooohooo Noles all day everyday..ok now that I got that out the way..There was too much going on since the girls birthday..I didn't get my workout in,I ate like crap emoticon and I didn't get my fast in.Well atleast I fasted on Thursday..This week is going to be Mon,Weds,Fri.We are starting week 4 again.I am pretty upset because we could be starting week 5 but oh well..Gettin it in.. emoticon lol it sucks to have to go back and pg up my cursing

    You can do this. Try to make it an enjoyable experience. If you have to work too hard at it or if doing it seems to be a drudgery to you it will never be successful. You will always be having to do it over. Find and set a good and enjoyable pace for yourself.
