Fasting Blood Sugar

Tuesday, February 04, 2014

For two mornings now my fasting blood sugar is high (107 and 116). So I researched possible reasons why it was high as well as what to do about it.

I found that even though I have been following my caloric intake, I have been consuming too many carbohydrates that are not good for me as well as fruits (like banana) which spike blood sugar levels.

So I am making the necessary adjustments to my diet so that I can better control my blood sugar levels while fasting. Hopefully, I can do better after each meal.
