In July of 2011, I started down the path to improve my health and that included losing weight. i lost about 40 pounds over that year and felt great. Since then, I have kept 35 pounds off and have done better with exercise. And, now, I have decided to lose the remaining 40 pounds. To do this, I am again restricting my food intake, improving the quality of the things that I eat, exercising more (both physical labor and specific toning exercises). I am on a mission. This may take a year or more, but it is going to happen!!
