It has been almost two weeks since my injury. I have almost full range of motion again in my shoulder with some pain still, but manageable. It has made it almost impossible to do my weight training, though. I did go once last week and any exercise involving my shoulder, I dropped the weight down significantly from my usual weight, but it still didn't feel so good. I haven't been back this week. I don't want to lose the muscles I have already, but I don't want to hurt the shoulder any worse either. I'm going to give it another day or two then try it again with significantly reduced weight. I have been doing gently stretching exercises to get the motion back and it seems to be helping. I had great improvement today.
I'm trying real hard to remember to log food every day, but some days, I either forget or don't turn on the computer. yes, I have the app for my phone, but...sometimes I am just plain forgetful. I do feel better about myself on the days I log. I feel like on those days, I pay better attention to what I'm eating and how much.
I'm a work in progress...each day is another chance to get it right. I won't beat myself up on bad days...just try again tomorrow!
