Joined BL#21 for the next 10 weeks

So I joined the BL#21 and am looking forward to it. I feel like if I have a bit of a challenge and am held a little more accountable for my weekly weight loss, this could really benefit me in reaching my goals.
During the next 10 weeks I hope to lose weight and become more in tune with my body. Learning what works and what doesn't will help me greatly. I'm still learning what the appropriate workout limit is. I can work out and burn 1000 plus calories in a session and not lose a pound. I know my PCOS can play with this greatly and doesn't make sense to me.
However, I am going to try to do small groups of cardio though out the day and see if this helps. Still a learning process but I'm sure Ill get it at one point. As far as a weight loss number, I'm not going to give one. Anything will be better than nothing and headed in the right direction.
My second goal is not to be unrealistic and too demanding of myself. I have a habit of putting to much pressure on myself to meet big goals in an unreasonable amount of time. According to my husband, this is why I always quit. Honestly, I would have to agree with him. I get this grand idea in my head and when I don't meet my goal I give up completely. So this is a continued goal I have had since the beginning of the year and it is paying off so far.
The last goal for the next ten weeks is stick to my juicing. My current juicing schedule ends the same day that the BL challenge ends. So its nice to have something go hand in hand. Now that I have something to work towards while juicing, I think I will be able to finish with no problems. I actually look forward to this nice little challenge.
So that's it! Those are the two goals that I have during the next 10 weeks. I feel they are reasonable and not to demanding. Something feels different this time....I really do believe I will meet all my set goals for this challenge.
