Week 7 Goal Update

Today is kind of a reset for me. Ifve been sick with influenza for a week, but now I am starting to feel better. But tomorrow, I head out for four days at a conference. That should be exciting, but it will also be challenging!

1. Exercise
Ifm going to take it easy with exercise this week. I still feel pretty exhausted and worn out. I don't want to do too much on top of the travel. But I can't wait to get back to the gym.

2. Fruits and veg
Ifve been eating tons of oranges. I will try to introduce a little more variety this week. I really want some apples, but they are so expensive right now. Yikes.

3. Utilizing Spark
I will stop by at least once while Ifm traveling.

4. Regular meals
My eating schedule is way off course at the moment, which shouldnft be a problem while traveling. Ifm just going to use my hunger cues to eat for the rest of the week.

    Have fun at the conference! Be gentle with yourself, get your rest (conferences can be so stimulating!), look for fruit to take the edge off your hunger cues, and you'll be fine.
