Week 7 Goal Update

Today is kind of a reset for me. Ifve been sick with influenza for a week, but now I am starting to feel better. But tomorrow, I head out for four days at a conference. That should be exciting, but it will also be challenging!
1. Exercise
Ifm going to take it easy with exercise this week. I still feel pretty exhausted and worn out. I don't want to do too much on top of the travel. But I can't wait to get back to the gym.
2. Fruits and veg
Ifve been eating tons of oranges. I will try to introduce a little more variety this week. I really want some apples, but they are so expensive right now. Yikes.
3. Utilizing Spark
I will stop by at least once while Ifm traveling.
4. Regular meals
My eating schedule is way off course at the moment, which shouldnft be a problem while traveling. Ifm just going to use my hunger cues to eat for the rest of the week.
