Setting Goals

I got the book The Spark and it says we should set goals. So here are my first goals.

1. I have an activity tracker and my goal is to reach 4000 steps 3 times a week right now.

2. Continue to read The Spark by finishing a chapter a week.

3. Use the food tracker twice a week.

4. Stay on the Turtle team and enter my weight each week.

They seem small but I want to be able to do them. I will work on these goals for one month.
