I couldn't find my SMART goals to review for this past weekend's challenge. I finally found them, so I'm blogging them here.
I posted my SMART goals on the BLC chat thread on 1/20:
1. To lose 15 pounds in 12 weeks
-by ST at least three times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
-by drinking at least 10 glasses of water
-by eating at least four servings of freggies a day
-(and I had something else here, but I can't remember it..)
2. To stop drinking soda by the end of this round (I quit drinking diet sodas two BLC rounds ago because the aspartame gave me migraines. I drink less soda now than I did, but it's still a lot of calories)
-by increasing my water intake
-by increasing my tea intake
-by not purchasing soda when at restaurants
1. I haven't lost any weight. NONE! I was up above my starting weight last week, and this week I'm back down to my starting weight again. I've been hitting my ST and water goals though.
I could do better on my freggies goal. The fruit part is easy; it always has been.
2. I'm down to two sodas or so a week. I generally don't finish them when I get them. I haven't ordered soda in any sit-down restaurant. My struggle is when I order fast food or lunch delivery at work. Although (small victory here!), on Friday, I ordered lemonade. So, it's a start.
