strange ah ha moment

I've been on the journey since September. And since September I have been steadily losing weight. I was doing Richard Simmons videos every morning. The pounds were melting off 3 and 4 lbs per week.
Mid January I decided that I needed to progress beyond Richard, he was getting too easy. So I bought a couple Jillian Michael's videos. And my weight loss has stalled. I hit the dreaded plateau. I've only lost 4 lbs since Mid January. I have seen body changes but not weight changes.
I never put the 2 together until this morning. I knew I stalled, and I knew I changed videos but it never occurred to me that they might be related.
I think starting Monday I am going to do a week of Richard then a week of Jillian. That way I keep the weight loss going and get the toning too. I know I need both.
I also joined a gym a few weeks ago and am going 3 days a week. 1 day upper body, 1 day lower body, and 1 day both. Plus 30 minutes of treadmill.
I'm hoping with the new plan that the pounds start disappearing again. Of course I'm not complaining because I have lost 65 lbs so far. And I will take that any day, but I have at least another 50 to go, and I'm starting to get frustrated. Need to prevent the frustration from sabotaging me. So I try a new plan. If this doesn't work, then I'll try something else until I find something that does work.
