Running, ever running

Last night was a change from my running routine. I have been using Map My Run, and a simple couch to 5K, but in the last little while I have increased my distance to the 5K range on my distance for my runs instead of just stopping at the time. Last night I did a little over 2 laps, and it was closer to 3.5 miles. My legs were shaking, I was sweating like crazy but it felt so good to do it. In a couple of weeks is the Leprechaun Lope, which is a 5K run before the St Patrick's Day Parade in Salt Lake, and though I am not done with my program, I am going to run it anyway. It has been an awesome shift, and though my weight is staying pretty constant, I am feeling better, and am lasting longer in my runs, so to me that means I am gaining muscule, and I am feeling awesome.
