Happy March

Today was weigh in day ...I'm doing the happy Dance...... emoticon ..I am down .5 pounds again...I am making slow but steady progress..so living a healthy life style and making small changes really does work.....
I have been asked what went wrong and why did I gain weight back....the answer is easy I ate more than my body needs to function ....I am one of those people who has to be very mindful of each morsel of food I put in my mouth....is this fair....heck no but it's the facts.....I will always struggle with my weight........
But a dear friend pointed out to me that I was maintaining....each time the darn scale read 10 pounds heavier, I started to cut back on my food....so here I am cutting back, adding extra steps everyday....it takes and every day commitment to reach your goals.......
Once I get back to my goal weight...145 I am going to work on getting to 140....then the next step of the new plan is too keep in the weight range of 140-145..only let 5 pounds kick me back in to less food more exercise mode....I have also thought about having low calorie day once a week....seeing if that helps...
I have read a lot about have high cal days and low cal days...so maybe having a low cal day a week might be something new to try....I just keep trying new things, and see if it works for me.....

Lets all have a healthy day and find the plan that works for you...and keep trying , never ever give up...... emoticon
