How often have you wished you could find something to help you with your "stick-to-it-ness"? Have you found that you LOVE Sparkpeople, but have just hit a lull and need a little extra something?
This 10 week challenge places you on a team with approx. 30 other members who are all working toward the same goal - to be accountable, get and give support, learn some nutrition tips, and build friendships! By setting a 10 week goal, and weighing in each week, you make a COMMITMENT to yourself to DO something.
Make sure to read the rules, they aren't too heavy, but we DO expect a commitment.
A team-based approach provides accountability, education and friendship. All of these will help you make progress toward your heath goals.
