Converting Upsets into Setups

Perhaps you encountered several upsets this week. They may have sent you offtrack and spiraling into emotional eating or letting go of your goals. Take note of what events caused you to spiral into a negative tailspin. Plan out action steps to take to prevent this from happening again. Set yourself up for success, not failure. This will help change your "upsets" into "setups" for future successes. Next time something or somebody upsets you, try going for a walk to release that stress. Don't give up on yourself! You are worthy of so much more! Keep focused on your goals and keep perservering!
