The dream of being naked in public is a classic. I had that one last night, but with a twist. I was in no way embarrassed about my body. (And I was walking down the street with Amy Poehler because I am obsessed with her Smart Girls website.) In the dream I didn't morph into a super model or become 20 years old again. I had my extra weight, loose skin and middle aged breasts. I just wasn't ashamed of my body.

It's a feeling I've worked to hold on to today. I'm not about to get naked and go for a walk, but I didn't worry about how my arms looked in this shirt. I decided to love them the way they are and not stress on it.

I tell my daughters all the time to love themselves for who and what they are. Got to remember to take my own advice.
