8 lbs down...a whole lot more to go

So far I'm back on track and I weighed in this morning to an 8 lb loss, which is actually up a few ounces from two days ago but since I'm weighing in with different clothes on each time that's to be expected right? I don't want to lose too fast and lose momentum.

I'm also trying desperately to stay away from my fridge which is housing left-over chicken wet burritos from last nights dinner. I used chicken breast, fat free refried beans, but still it's only 11:45 and I have already eaten over 500 calories...EEK
