A few things I have learned on Spark People

It does matter what I eat....

I will never reach my goal if I think I can't.....

I can eat way less food and still not starve........

I learned that portions is the best way to keep on track, and yes I am happy with a half a cup of ice cream ...

and I can be happy without fast food....soda pop and candy bars

I can start each day with a smile and a thanks to God for my strong body...

and exercise is not only good for but fun....

I learned that I alone can make or break my day...a good attitude goes a long way to make each day a healthy and happy one....

I learned I am responsible for my actions, good or not so good, but I learned I am human and I will make mistakes ......I learned I can love myself even with all the mistakes and I can wake up each day with the knowledge that I am perfect just the way God made me....and the most important things it to never ever give up....keep pushing forward, looking for the best I can give everyday....

and mostly Spark People has taught me is to believe in myself and spread the spark...give a smile or a friendly word of encouragement .....that small gesture can tale a person miles....

Have a healthy week end and do what is best for you....you are worth the effort...
