Calling ALL Sparkfriends...

emoticon Hey there, thanks for stopping in.

My weigh in was this morning, unfortunately I did not break out of the 250's this week emoticon
I weighed in at 252.0 lbs Its ok because:

emoticon I tracked everything from emoticon food to fitness emoticon

I'm feeling good about my progress, my body is getting stronger, and that in itself is a wonderful Blessing!!!

emoticon 's I need some help, I am wrapping up my college stuff and will be attending Summer Classes. This is exciting but also scary. This is new to me.
Working full time, College... AND a single Mommy to a 6 yr old boy who loves all my attention.

I can NOT allow my health to be put on the back burner.
I started at 314 lbs emoticon Got down to about 230lbs.
Then my marriage crumbled before me, and I went back up to 270 lbs!! emoticon
Its very clear I do NOT handle stress well at all.

I'm doing well now at 252lbs. So I need YOU to recommend a Spark Team that might be of some encouragement .
Something that is NOT very time consuming but is "currently active". emoticon
This might help me stay focused while working, going to school, and being a Mommy.

Thank you so much for your support...ALWAYS!!!
Love and Prayers~Christina emoticon

I am so glad to see you back on Spark - with me! I know how motivating you are - and I am very proud of your success. I am working at being consistent with the nutrition plan - getting more veggies and fruits and tracking loyally. I know that when I pay attention, movement happens. Also trying to be more consistent with my fitness as I will be completing my 27th (?) Half Marathon in June at Niagara Falls and I want to feel my best and do my best - so, Sparking my way to the finish line! We can do this! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I am so very proud of you! You are an amazing lady! First, let me say that I have been in your shoes, it is not an easy place to be. But I believe in you. It is not easy doing all of that at once, but it is doable, and such a good example to set for your little guy.

I am only on one spark team right now and it is a set team for 10 weeks, but I will check and see what teams might fit what you are looking for. And I will be here, cheering you on and praying for you!
    Good luck and God bless,

Aw! I don't know a spark team, but hopefully someone will have some good insight for you there. As for general advice though...girl believe in YOU, God does...so why shouldn't you? :) And many others do too! But keep recognizing the progress you've made and how good it makes you feel, not to mention, how wonderful it is for the health of your body! :) You CAN do this. Some adjustments will take place...but keep it simple. Don't overachieve, but don't settle for less. Make some *simple* but realistic goals considering your busy schedule. And be ok with that :) Cheering for you! emoticon emoticon emoticon
