Losing weight still! So happy!

I weigh 165.2 today. All because I implemented 2 things, less cheese and no eating past 6-7pm. I'm losing almost a pound a day! I'm sure a lot of it is water weight due to all the sodium I was consuming but it sure is nice to see the numbers going down. I'm also doing at least 30 min of yoga a day (so far this weekend) but I keep forgetting to track it. As a bonus Shawn is taking me out to dinner!! emoticon yes I am having shrimp emoticon It'll be the first time I've seen him in 2 weeks! emoticon So things are going really well right now. Plus I woke u with tons of energy and got my haircut yesterday so I have a lot more confidence! Hope everyone has a super Sunday! emoticon emoticon
