I am taking this thing 1 week, 1 day, 1 meal at a time. No more rushing. I will live and progress will follow--with hard work, determination, and persistence of course. I do have a mini-big goal which is: Exercise everyday until May 10, with a break here and there, as needed--and to lose 6 lbs.
3/23-3/29/2014: I want to at least maintain my current weight of 280 lbs--not losing is better than gaining!
My next goal:
3/30-4/05/2014: I want to lose 1 lb. I will exercise everyday, and feed my body healthily.
