Ramping it up!

Now that I have reached a weight loss of 25 pounds, I figure it is time to ramp it up a little.
So, I have set a goal to add a morning work out!
I can't think of a better motivation than the way I feel today. I want more of this. I am proud of my accomplishment, and I am confident that I will reach each milestone I have in mind. I have put my health and well-being first.
