What a Great Week!

I tracked 7/7 days
Drank 12 glasses of water 7/7 days
Exercised 10 minutes 7/7 days
Lost 5 pounds
That is an awesome week!
In the last week I
Tracked food 2/7 days I did a track meals on some of the other days but not full days.
Exercised 2/7 days (I got in 10 minutes of dancing 1 day and then I was out walking on another day)
Drank 12 glasses of water 2/7 days
Gained 5 pounds
Not so great but I did get a few positives in there.
I was going to say a bunch of stuff but I have decided that I am just going to post my plan for the next 7 days. I know I could post a goal for the month but frankly, I want to be better, do better and see some progress in a shorter period before I go for the 30 days. Ya know what I mean?
For the next 7 days I WILL
Track my food (not matter what the outcome. It is about the process)
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (I would like to do 12 but going to be happy with 8)
Exercise 10 minutes 3 times this week (I would like to do 7 but going to do at least 3)
Lose 2 pounds (I will be happy with any amount lost)
So here I am on day 694 of my journey quickly approaching the 2 year mark. My birthday is in less than 2 weeks and I plan to be in a better place than I am right now!
