Beginning the 21 Day Challenge

April 5, Day 1
A young friend on FB put out this challenge, so I took her up on it. Have been struggling with staying on track, so thought this would be a good way to get back on track.
Going to make a Weight Loss Journal Book to keep with me at all times, that way I will add what I eat, what activity I do, how I feel, etc. That way I can record things when it happens and not later when I tend to forget some things.
"Eating Clean" is simply the practice of avoiding processed and refined foods and basing your diet on whole foods.
"Basic Principles"
- eat whole foods,
- avoid processed foods,
-eliminate refined sugar,
- eat 5 or 6 small meals a day,
- cook your own meals,
- combine protein with carbs.
So the challenge begins !!
