Hubby thanked me for dinner tonight - saying it was very good. Funny how the "clean eating" foods taste better than all those processed foods. A nice veggie salad, chicken breast done on the BBQ, with a garlic bun. It was actually quite good.
Maybe this 21 day challenge won't be so hard after all, if hubby is willing to eat salads instead of fries, potatoes, etc.
In just 2 days I feel different already, Don't feel full after eating, I feel content. My tummy does not feel bloated, and knowing I'm eating healthier changes my attitude towards everything.
