Day 54 Combat plus couch to 5k.

I have been doing Les Mills Combat this year. I should have been done by now, but I had a cold for 2 weeks plus other things that hinder it at times. Today was day 54. Combat 45. I really like that workout. I am also trying to run. I am not a runner. Today was day 8 of couch 2 5K. I can jog for 2 laps at a time at the Y, but I haven't made it past that yet. I walk 3 laps, jog 1.5, walk 2, jog 1.5. Today I did jog for 2 laps. I think I need to learn to breathe differently or something. I was winded. Still working up to it. So this morning I walked 3 miles in 43 minutes. That beat last week's time of 45 minutes. A lot of it is still walking. Only a month and a half until the 5K. AAAHHHHH!!!! Also, I have a little over 6 months until my 40th birthday. My goal was to not be fat and forty. I lost 40ish pounds last year. I would like to lose another 25. I feel like I am stuck though and have been all winter.
