Sorry I haven't kept up with the entries. Have had to Restart my 21 Day Challenge. Monday April 14 will be the new beginning.
So will not add anything more today, except there has been a few changes in my health, and need to adjust things to accommodate this. Reason for the new start date, and may not be posting every day either.
