Break the cycle

I miss you all
Happy Easter everyone
I don't know how I came into this unhealthy cycle. I was struggling with drinking water, stopped my daily workout, stopped tracking my calorie intake, made unhealthy food choices and finally started to eat mindless. This was the recipe to fail and go into the unhealthy and weight gain cycle.
I gained 4 kg.

I know that I don't have to be sad. It's a kind of struggling that I know and faced many times before but never was a winner. I was a loser and end up with a yo-yo dieting. I succeeded during this healthy life style experience to start which I consider the hardest part, Hit plateau that I don't lose weight as I expect but now I'm facing a higher level challenge which is giving up!
Sure I don't want to give up. I want to break the cycle. The actions I'll take to break the cycle are:
1- Track my calorie intake.
2- Drink 6 cups of water.
3- Do 15 minutes of cardio workout.
4- Do 10 minutes of strength workout.
5- Will focus once again on my weight loss actions and give it a higher priority once more.
I'm not a loser till now and can be a winner
