I woke up feeling low...
1) Hug my daughter = check
2) Drink water = check
3) Eat breakfast = check
4) Get in a good walk = that is next on the agenda
5) Stay present.
It won't help to focus on what I haven't accomplished. It will only help to focus on what I am doing at each point throughout today.
Just because I am supposed to move to California next Saturday doesn't mean I need to freak out. (Saying that makes me want to freak out.... must go for that walk....)
