Day 42 -How much does it matter?

Monday, April 21, 2014

The main focus of this lesson is ..how much does "it" matter?
On a scale of 1 to 10 where is your goal or goals ?

The suggestion was to make a chart..piece of paper...draw a line......

matters matters matters
a little some a lot

Now list ..your goals according to the level of importance.

Being fit...a 1 or a 5 or a 10
Wearing that special dress...a 1...a 5...or a 10
You get the idea.

Then consider how not meeting that goal is affecting you & how meeting that goal will affect you. Look at each goal & see if they need to move higher on the scale.

Focus on you & how being overweight or out of shape bothers you. List the ways that your life is affected ,is your health failing , do you have a lack of energy,,when you look in the mirror does your self esteem take a hit?

Then visualize what it would be like if you achieved those goals..how you would feel..how you would dress & would you be more outgoing ..more confident? Then set the goals a little higher on that scale & really focus on achieving them with realistic plans.
Then with your realistic plans..Just Do It!!

You are a person of value & worth..you need to love yourself enough to take care of your health, your fitness, your enjoyment of life!

also remember that the truth is.....

We can achieve our dreams if only we believe in ourselves.....

That said...I bid you good nite.....

Good activity, I think. But I also need something between the goal (leveled) and "then go do it"
If my plans were appropriate I should be making more progress

This is a very good lesson. I'll do it!

I've been in a rebellious state of mind. Time to get real and this exercise is a good tool to use to ground myself.
