We all have days that end or even begin like the pic above.. Then we have days that...
Of course there are the days when ....

& that is as far as we want to go...for the day!
So realizing that everyone of us has "those" days...we need to consider a thought....
Is It The Right Time To Do This? Not just the everyday pulls & punches of life..we all know
we will have to wade thru those days & keep on. But is there a huge event going on..
an emotional issue..a wedding..a loss that is devastating..too much pressure & stress.
Be it family..work ..school...there is only so much stress one can take before you turn to malts...donuts & cupcakes...
Learning to live a different life style is a commitment..& it takes real focus. Not only the want to...but the space in your life to really DO it. There is extra work in learning to eat a new way...to exercise more..& to exercise regularly. Yep we need to integrate this new lifestyle into our everyday world..but if our everyday world is in turmoil then it might not be the best time to introduce more confusion.
Look honestly at how you have been doing. Have you been successful..have you been just hanging in there or are you sliding backwards? Once you honestly look at that..then try to find the basis for what is going on. It may be that you are just not ready to commit..it maybe that you are too overloaded & stressed to take on more..it may be that you are using life as an excuse. Any of those is a possibility...& none of those is wrong..they just ARE.
Then using our scale of importance..where is loosing weight or getting more fit on that scale? If low on the scale then perhaps you need to push it up a notch or two..(I know I do)..
I can honestly say my life is too full of ...only today's..& just this one time..which ends up being more days off plan than on , especially when it comes to eating out, which we do too much of!
A decision to use exercise as a way to deal with stressors can help make it the RIGHT TIME!
Proven fact ..here's another testimony to the value of exercise...
My suggestion is...let's decide barring really serious issues which I know some have..
but if our issues are the everyday life stuff of work,,kids..& home...then let's decide to
slide ourselves up that scale of importance!! Take care of us mentally & physically &
declare that indeed IT IS THE RIGHT TIME FOR ME to take care of ME ...
And know And hold on to the fact that....
So let's just join hands & declare in unity....THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME FOR ME!!!
