Cheering you on for a fantastic weekend. Let's stay on course with our eyes on the finishing line. I encourage you to track your Fitness and Nutrition, let's be sure we are getting enough daily exercise and are keeping within our daily calorie intake, let's not forget those fresh veggies and fruits, between 5 and 8 or more is best, keeping hydrated is a biggie, let's fill up those water bottles and get enough fluid, warmer weather is coming so it is imperative that we keep our bodies hydrated and not get dehydrated..
