Don't usually 'ninja' post to blogs and though you don't me I just had to tell you to keep up the good work! That guy? Ugly inside, and there's no amount of exercise that will fix what is wrong with him. There is so much more to who we are than our weight and anyone who would stop someone just to insult them...he needs mental therapy. You, on the other hand, are so much better than that! You are out there exercising despite morons like that man. Keep up your hard work. You are improving yourself every single time you go out that door.

Don't let the world and it's craziness get you down, look at the future you are creating and walk on. As your pace increases I will have to jog to keep up.
