I've been on and off diet plans for most of my adult life. I've even hired personal trainers which have helped my fitness for a time but not my weight. I'm under a lot of stress right now with my son's wedding coming at the end of May and having recently lost my job. But I need to start looking at the positives. I have a good prospect of having a new job before the end of the month and I can use this time to improve my health and make my environment healthier and more motivating.
