Howdy Sparkers!

On Monday, I was so tired at the end of the day that I didn't work out, but I had to listen to my body. I find that when I listen to my body and try not to judge or control it, I tend to function better and have better results. I've even lost a pound since Monday! I did gain back most of the weight I've lost, but I'll take and celebrate that 1 pound!

I made a big decision to stay at my job for another year. Trying to figure out my life has been a great source of stress and confusion. Instead of getting stuck, I decided to find my own apartment closer to work and use the next year to figure out grad school and future plans. I need my own space to create the right space to make these kind of decisions. Does that make sense? I have so many people in my life giving me advice. I really appreciate it and am grateful to them, but it's time for me to tune them out (gently) and listen to my soul. If I can listen to my body, I should be able to listen to my inner voice, right?

    You are SO right!! You do have to listen to your inner self. Other people do mean well, but only YOU know what's good for YOU!! I hope once you get that place of your own, you will be stress free and able to concentrate on making the best you that you can!!!!!! Good luck with your journey, I'm rootin' for you!!!
