My friend is my main motivator for me coming back. She started with a weight of 260, now at 193. I have known her since high school and even though she lives in Ohio, Facebook keeps us close. She kept one mentioning chia seeds and for a few months, I thought she was crazy to include it to her drinks and food. Well, I finally asked her lots of questions before I jumped into purchasing some. It is now three days and I've lost two pounds. I know it's probably just water, but honestly, I feel good using it. emoticon

    As long as you feel good about it. I had a friend that tried the chia seeds and nothing...she got bigger...bloating. I'm glad it's working out for you.

    I have to lose some too before my son's Grad this June.

    I sprinkle it on my salad. Drink it in my flavored water. Scramble it in eggs. Pretty much anything edible.
