CAMILLE'S BLC 25 GOALS:
**** Work as hard as I can to Finish in the TOP 50
**** Be Faithful to my Low-Carb eating plan & Make healthy choices
**** Eat Veggies for Snacks - this works for me!
**** No Carbs within 2 hours before bedtime
**** 20 min Exercise / participate in our FOX challenges
**** Drink my water 8-8 oz. glasses
**** Get proper sleep 6 to 8 hours
**** Recognize where I need Discipline & take steps toward improvement
