My Goals for May! Dahlias Team, Week 1 BSG Challenge.

I am determined to get my weight loss back on track starting this month. Here are my goals for May.

1 Walk as much as possible every day.
2 Keep my salt intake down to 2000mg a day
3 Make the right choices for meals and snacks.
4 Lose 4lbs by the end of the month.

If I can keep to these goals I think I will start to see a difference.
