My 12 week goal & how I feel about my fitness test...

Hate blogging but here goes nothing.
My goals for the next 12 weeks are going to be similar to what I've said and done before.
Eat well - No dieting per say - I don't believe in cutting out foods out of your diet because they are bad. That being said moderation is definitely key. This will also need to be done by some excellent planning, however my life is becoming slightly hectic and I think I will need to be more of a planaholic then I ever have been in my life in order to get through the chaos without gaining weight. We shall see how I manage in the weeks to follow.
Exercise is key too... I am pretty good at going to the gym as it is... However during the last BLC I believe I was going to frequently that it was actually hindering my performance. So now I will be taking at least 2 days off a week and working it the other 5 days. My routine will be mostly strength exercises... I read that strengthing exercises is key for burning the most calories so I'm trying it for now and see where it goes from there.
As for my fitness test - It didn't surprise me at all. I've done several fitness tests throughout my time here weather on my own or through a professional and well it usually come out the same.
My Core is strong and awesome
My upper body strength is that of a kitten.
My stamina sucks (But I'm getting better at this)
