Planning another healthy week

today is a beautiful sunny day and warm..63 so far this morning....

I'm once again planning this week meals....I find recipes that look yummy and then I rework them to be health.....I have used a few recipes from spark people as well...
this week looks like this.......

home made spaghetti for Sunday, I use the shiriaki noodle in place of pasta....I love um'

chicken fajita's for Monday....it's cinco de mayo.....plus extra veggies and I use low carb wraps

saucy pork chops for tuesday with roasted carrots, brussle sprouts, parsnips...

home made crab cakes with home made coleslaw for wednesday and home made applesauce

braised chicken thighs with baked sweet potatoes and fresh steamed green beans this is Thursday

Tuna salad on lettuce cups for Friday with fresh veggies sticks, celery, carrots, zucchinni, red peppers

left overs from the week...there is always a variety of them .....

Planning helps me stay on track, and I can add a few special food that I love in each day to keep me from craving junk foods...
