BLC 25 Goals and Fitness test

I completed most of the fitness test for the weekend challenge. I did standard, military style push-ups and did 25 in one minute - that puts me in the good range. For the crunches I did 50 in one minute, which puts me in the excellent range. For the 3 minute step, my heart beats during 1 min was 55 beats - also the excellent range. I was surprised by the push-up score - I'm sure I could have done more on my knees and gotten an excellent score so I don't think the fit test measured accurately based on that. I was not able to do the walk test but last time I did this type of test, I was able to run 1 mile in 8 minutes.

Now - my goal for this BLC is to get a grip on my eating habits. I really struggle with this. I need to stop eating after dinner and stay in my calorie range each day. I also need to eat less carbs - which has been a real struggle for me. I have the fitness worked out - just need to get the eating right!
