BLC Round 25: Goals

Similar goals as what I've had in the past:
1. Lose x amount of weight in 12 weeks.
--this time, it's 13.8. My goal is to be down to 220 at the end of this round.
How? Weight Watchers and gym time. I'm heading back to the gym tonight after a three week hiatus. I'll be attending my first WW meeting tomorrow night. Wish me luck!
2. Cut down on fast food.
--not soda! I've exorcised soda out of my diet almost completely! That's something I've been working on for nearly a year, and that makes me excited.
How? FF no more than 2xs per week (BLC week, that is). DH and I both get in patterns where we don't want to cook (particularly when it's 100*+ outside, like this weekend), so we go for the "easy" option- Del Taco, Wendy's, Sonic, KFC, etc. They're all super close to our apt.
For the record, I don't count Subway (I get a salad there every time) or Rumbi's. I feel like I make smart choices at those places- non-fried, veggie-driven choices.
Rewards: new sneakers! Mine are on their way out, sadly.
