Plateau busted

So glad to see the scale budge. I am rededicated to my diet and working out and am grateful to see the progress. I'm working on a couch to 5K jogging plan now. I'm having to repeat the 2nd week because when I moved to week three I hurt my knee and had to take several days of rest before it felt better. I really enjoy jogging and hiking. I want to be able to do more and go farther and I am getting there slowly. I keep trying every day and I'll get there :) emoticon
