I took my time to get the sleep I need. I took the opportunity to hydrate myself with the fluids that help me burn protein and keep myself healthy. I took the time to rest and not over do with my exercise. I still got exercise in even though it was not at high intensity. I fought through, and will have more struggles to fight through.

No one knows my body and health but me. Doctors can help if there is something you can not help yourself with. Hard work, smart choices, and persistence are the keys to get through life no matter what your goals are.

I have a background in the medical field. I am a mom, sister, daughter, wife, cousin, and friend. I know more than most people give me credit for. I am human though, everyone is. And it is healthy sometimes, for emotion to take over to set you straight.

My emotion took over yesterday to teach me it is ok to take a break when I need a break. Taking a break does not mean stop everything. It means, slow down...look...pay attention to what my body is telling me. If you ignore that, you can end up hurting yourself which would hurt others around you. I am glad I listened to what my body had been trying to tell me for several days. It gave me a chance to reflect. Look at what to pay attention to. It helped my body heal in a way it couldn't if I was pushing it too far every day.

I look forward to a busy day! I am so excited, I love going and doing things with my family. I know they are excited too!
