Motivation

Lately I have been lacking motivation. Not for the gym because I LOVE to workout....I am a Zumba instructor and teach or take at least 6 classes a week as well as a Body Fusion (interval training) class once a week just to switch things up. BUT my diet has been crap......I love wine and with wine comes dumb food choices and too many calories. BUT this week is a new week and I have done great so far. Sticking to 1200-1800 calories a day of high protein low fat foods. Getting plenty of water (which I always do) and trying to set an early bed time for myself. GOTTA LOOK GOOD FOR SUMMER!!!

    Hope you've managed alright the past couple of months!!! It's so hard to resist the allure of a drink or three... or ten... when you feel comfortable in your own skin and are pretty active. I'm sure you look amazing though, despite the indulgences. :)
