Motivation

Lately I have been lacking motivation. Not for the gym because I LOVE to workout....I am a Zumba instructor and teach or take at least 6 classes a week as well as a Body Fusion (interval training) class once a week just to switch things up. BUT my diet has been crap......I love wine and with wine comes dumb food choices and too many calories. BUT this week is a new week and I have done great so far. Sticking to 1200-1800 calories a day of high protein low fat foods. Getting plenty of water (which I always do) and trying to set an early bed time for myself. GOTTA LOOK GOOD FOR SUMMER!!!
