After a long wait and a lot of nitrious oxide and lidocaine the tooth came out. The dentist said it was one of the hardest he ever performed. Last night was agony, I got 4 hours of sleep and had a migraine the whole time. But today I feel much better! I'm going to to some stretching and possibly some light yoga. The bleeding has almost stopped which is a HUGE plus. The only problem is I'm starving from eating just yogurt and soup. However I'm not smoking s that's a huge plus! .
Next week I'm getting back in the swing of things (I know I've said it before but this time I AM SERIOUS! ) . I'm going to do 10-20 min of aerobics 5 days a week and 15-30 min of the Skinnygirl wrkout I just bought 3-5 days a week plus 15 min of stretching. The Skinnygirl workout is yoga so I'll have that taken care of. I figure that will be light enough to get me started and stick to it.
