Been on a break

I am still losing weight and walking every night. I have not been tracking my food. I am losing at a slower pace as a result but to know I don't have to track to keep making the right choices is nice.
I have several grandchildren and Logan is the newest addition to the family on Wednesday. He came home from the hospital today. Mom and baby are doing great. But to reduce some stress during the first week and to help with bonding time I have my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter for a week. Got a stroller so we can still our nightly walks. Pushing a stroller makes the walk a little more intense to maintain the same pace.
Tomorrow we go to great grandmas and go swimming and a cookout. Looking forward to having her here for a week.
